Ingredients1. 1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)

  1. 1/2 tsp jaggery powder
  2. 1/2 cup milk
  3. 1/4 cup water
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads (optional)
  6. Ghee or oil for greasing

 

Instructions1. Mix atta, jaggery, and cardamom powder.

  1. Add milk and water to make a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and grease with ghee or oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a circle.
  4. Cook on medium heat until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot .
