Spinach and Paneer Salad recipe:
Ingredients:- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves (washed, chopped)
– 100g paneer, cubed (lightly toasted or raw)
– 1 small onion
– 1 tbsp roasted seeds
– Olive oil (1 tsp)
– Salt & black pepper to taste
Method:1. Toss spinach, cucumber,onion, and paneer in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and chaat masala.
- Add seeds on top for crunch.
- Mix lightly and serve fresh.
