Spinach and Paneer Salad recipe:

 

Ingredients:- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves (washed, chopped)

– 100g paneer, cubed (lightly toasted or raw)

– 1 small onion

– 1 tbsp roasted seeds

– Olive oil (1 tsp)

– Salt & black pepper to taste

 

Method:1. Toss spinach, cucumber,onion, and paneer in a bowl.

  1. Drizzle olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and chaat masala.
  3. Add seeds on top for crunch.
  4. Mix lightly and serve fresh.
