Suji Poha Pancakes

 

A perfect healthy option for breakfast or snack!

Ingredients:

1 cup washed Poha

1 cup suji

1 cup curd

1/2 cup water

– Mix all of them and keep the material aside for

10-15 mins.

Mash the mixture well and add

Chopped onion

2-3green chilli

Half capsicum

Carrot (optional)

Coriander

Salt acc to taste

1/4 tsp red chilli powder

1/4 tsp garam masla

Pinch of turmeric

1/2 tsp chilly flakes

-Mix everything well, then take a pan add some ghee or oil. Add the mixture and cook it from both the sides until it becomes brown and crispy.
