*Paneer Salad*
recipe:

Ingredients:
– 100g paneer, cubed (lightly toasted or raw)
– 1 small onion
– 1 tbsp roasted seeds
– Olive oil (1 tsp)
– Salt & black pepper to taste

Method:1. Toss cucumber,onion, and paneer in a bowl.
2. Drizzle olive oil.
3. Sprinkle salt, pepper.
4. Add seeds on top for crunch.
5. Mix lightly and serve fresh.
