Hara Bhara Kababs

Ingredients:1. 1 cup cooked peas
2. 1 cup spinach, chopped
3. 1/2 cup paneer (Indian cheese), crumbled
4. 1/4 cup chopped onions
5. 1/4 cup chopped coriander
6. 1-2 green chilies, chopped
7. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
8. 1 tsp cumin powder
9. Salt to taste
10. Breadcrumbs for coating
11. Oil for sautte

Instructions:1. Blend peas, spinach, paneer, onions, coriander green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.
2. Shape into cutlets.
3. Coat with breadcrumbs.
4. sautte it until golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve hot with chutney
