Basic Recipe

– Ingredients:

– 3 tbsp rolled oats = 30g
– 1 small banana = 80-90g, not overripe
– 200ml water or 100ml skim milk + 100ml water
– Pinch of cinnamon powder
– 1 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds
– Pinch of salt

– Steps:

1. Dry roast oats for 1 min on low flame. Makes them nuttier + easier to digest.
2. Add water/milk, pinch of salt. Cook 3-4 mins till creamy.
3. Turn off flame. Mash half banana and mix in. Slice rest for topping.
4. Add cinnamon + chia seeds. Mix.
5. Eat warm. Don’t add sugar, honey, or jaggery.
