Bhel – 1 Plate

For when your gut + bladder are totally calm

Ingredients

2 cups murmura/puffed rice

1/4 cup sev2 tbsp chopped onion + 2 tbsp tomato, cubed

1 tsp green chutney: dhaniya + pudina + hari mirch + lemon

1 tsp  jeera powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala + black salt + 1 chopped green chilli

1 tbsp roasted peanuts + dhaniya + lemon wedge

Steps: Mix murmura + onion + tomato.

Add both chutneys + masala.

Toss fast. Top with dhaniya.

Eat immediately.
