Ingredients:
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1 ripe banana, mashed
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– Pinch of salt
– Optional: blueberries, walnuts, or honey for topping
Instructions:
- Blend oats, mashed banana, almond milk, baking powder, and salt in a mixer.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour small batter portions.
