Oat and Banana Pancakes Recipe:

Ingredients:

– 1 cup rolled oats

– 1 ripe banana, mashed

– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

– Pinch of salt

– Optional: blueberries, walnuts, or honey for topping

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend oats, mashed banana, almond milk, baking powder, and salt in a mixer.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and pour small batter portions.
  3. Cook until bubbles appear and edges start to dry.
  4. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  5. Top with blueberries, walnuts, or honey, if desired.
