HEALTHY MOONG BEHL (PROTEIN RECIPE)

Ingredients

~1/2 cup puffed rice

~31/2 cup sprouted whole green gram (green

moong and Kala channa)

~1/4 finely chopped onion

~p1/2 finely chopped tomato

~Juice of ½ lemon

~1 tsp chaat masala

~ salt to taste

Makes 1 SERVING

Instructions

  1. Boil the sprouts in water for about 5-10 mins. You can consume them raw as well
  2. Combine all the ingredients together except the Lemon juice. Add the lemon juice just as you eat.
