CHANA SATTU STUFFED ROTI:

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup sattu flour (chana atta)
  2. Warm water to knead the dough
  3. One onion, finely chopped
  4. A green chilli and coriander leaves, finely choppd
  5. A tablespoon of veg oil
  6. Salt as per taste
  1. ½ tsp zeera seeds
  2. 1 tsp lemon juice

METHOD:

1.Take a  bowl, Mix sattu flour, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, zeera, lemon juice.

  1. Add the warm water bit by bit and try to form a dough with it.
  2. Now, grease your hands and knead the dough a little more.
  3. Heat up a Tawa and cook on both sides.

5.Repeat for the remaining dough and serve hot. These rotis can be eaten as is or you can have them with curries or sabzis or chutney.
