BOILED RAJMAH CHAAT RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked Rajma
- Finely chopped cucumber OR ZUCCINI – ½ cup
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
- ¼ tsp black salt
- ½ tsp roasted jeera pwdr
- 2 or 3 tsp or as required Lemon juice
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- METHOD
- Soak the rajma overnight and pressure cook them with water + salt till the first whistle on medium flame .Now lower the flame and cook for 10 mins .
- Allow the pressure to release naturally. The rajma should be soft and cooked , not mushy .
- If there was is any water, drain the excess water and keep the rajma aside,
- Into a mixing bowl, take all the ingredients one by one .
- Mix well to combine the rajma salad/chaat.
- Taste and adjust to taste and enjoy your rajmah chaat.
