BOILED EGG SANDWICH
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS :
- 2 slices of whole wheat/gluten-free bread
- 2 boiled eggs
- salt/pepper/chilli flakes/mustard powder to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes
- Softly toast the bread.
- Peel the eggs and mash them along with the seasoning. Put the mashed egg on top, close the sandwich and enjoy.
