BOILED EGG SANDWICH

 INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 slices of whole wheat/gluten-free bread
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • salt/pepper/chilli flakes/mustard powder to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes
  2. Softly toast the bread.
  3. Peel the eggs and mash them along with the seasoning. Put the mashed egg on top, close the sandwich and enjoy.
