BLUEBERRY SMOOTHE

 

Ingredients

 

1 cup  blueberries

1  banana

1/2- cup unsweetened milk

1/4 cup 5-6 leaves fresh basil

1/4 cup  plain Greek Yogurt

1 Tablespoon  flaxseed

Instructions

 

Blend: Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Start with 1/2 cup of  milk and add more if needed to reach the desired consistency.

Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy!
