Boiled Moong Dal Chaat – Weight Loss Friendly

 

Ingredients (1 serving ∼180 kcal)

1/2 cup boiled whole moong dal, cooled

1/4  chopped cucumber

1/4  chopped tomato

1 tbsp chopped onion

1 green chili, finely chopped

1 tbsp coriander leaves

1/2 tsp chaat masala

1/4 tsp roasted jeera powder

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt to taste

Method

Boil soaked moong dal for 1 whistle or until just soft. Drain well.Toss with all veggies, spices, and lemon juice.Eat immediately so it stays crunchy.
