Veg Soup Recipe:
Ingredients1. 2 cups mixed vegetables (onion , beans, drumstick )
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with cumin powder, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
