TANDOORI SOYA CHAAP
Ingredients
▢¼ cup Hung Curd
- ▢2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- ▢2 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- ▢¼ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ▢2 teaspoon Tandoori Masala
- ▢1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- ▢½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- ▢Salt (to taste)
- ▢½ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- ▢1 tablespoon Kasuri Methi
- ▢2 tablespoon Butter
- ▢2 tablespoon Fresh Cream
- ▢1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- ▢4-5 sticks Soya Chaap
For serving:
- ▢¼ cup Onion (sliced)
- ▢1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- ▢2 teaspoon Green Chilli (chopped)
- ▢1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- ▢1 tablespoon Butter
- ▢1 tablespoon Fresh Cream
Instructions
- Remove the stick from the chaap and cut it into small pieces.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the soya chaap pieces and mix well.
- Cover the pan and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Thread the chaap in skewers.
- Cook the chaap over direct flame until nicely browned.
- Transfer the cooked chaap in a mixing bowl.
- Add the ingredients mentioned in serving and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
