Palak paneer lifafa

 

Filling –

4 Lifafas

1 cup Crumbled Paneer

1/2 cup Blanched Spinach

1 Small Onion Chopped

Some oregano seasoning (you can simply add salt pepper, chilli flakes also)

1 Green Chilly

Some Chopped Coriander

1/2 cup Grated Cheese (Any of your choice)

 

Roti Dough

* Vishesh Tippani

The roti has to be rolled thin & add lots of stuffing.

You got to make it hearty & wholesome

Cook on medium flame & add a little butter to get that nice crust.
