Egg kathi roll

Ingredients

  1. Egg white: 2-3
  2. Onions: 1 medium-sized, finely chopped
  3. Green chilies: 1-2, finely chopped
  4. Coriander: 1/4 cup, chopped
  5. Ginger-garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
  6. Spices: cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt
  7. desired grain roti: 1
  8. Ghee or oil: for cooking

 

Instructions

  1. Prepare the egg filling: Beat eggs in a bowl and add chopped onions, capsicum , green chilies, coriander leaves , ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Mix well.
  2. Cook the egg mixture: Heat a pan with ghee or oil and pour the egg mixture. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through.
  3. Prepare the paratha: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle and cook the roti until it’s lightly browned and crispy.
  4. Assemble the Kathi Roll: Place a portion of the egg filling on the paratha and roll it up tightly.
  5. Serve: Serve hot with a mint chutney.
