Egg kathi roll
Ingredients
- Egg white: 2-3
- Onions: 1 medium-sized, finely chopped
- Green chilies: 1-2, finely chopped
- Coriander: 1/4 cup, chopped
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
- Spices: cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt
- desired grain roti: 1
- Ghee or oil: for cooking
Instructions
- Prepare the egg filling: Beat eggs in a bowl and add chopped onions, capsicum , green chilies, coriander leaves , ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Mix well.
- Cook the egg mixture: Heat a pan with ghee or oil and pour the egg mixture. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through.
- Prepare the paratha: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle and cook the roti until it’s lightly browned and crispy.
- Assemble the Kathi Roll: Place a portion of the egg filling on the paratha and roll it up tightly.
- Serve: Serve hot with a mint chutney.
