Baked    roll

 Ingredients

– 1 cup whole wheat bread slices (low-calorie bread)

– 1/2 cup finely chopped veggies ( beans, cabbage, onions)

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon herbs (oregano, basil)

– Salt and pepper to taste

 

 

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: Mix chopped veggies, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Assemble the roll: Place a slice of bread on a flat surface, spread a tablespoon of the filling, and roll it up tightly.
  3. Brush with olive oil: Brush the rolls with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
