Aloo Do pyaza

Ingredients

– 2-3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced

– 2 large onions, chopped

– 2 tablespoons oil

– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

– 1 teaspoon coriander powder

– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

– Salt, to taste

– Fresh coriander , for garnish

 

Instructions

  1. Heat oil: Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté cumin seeds: Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  3. Sauté onions: Add chopped onions and sauté until they’re golden brown.
  4. Add potatoes: Add diced potatoes and stir well.
  5. Add spices: Add coriander powder, turmeric, and salt. Stir well.
  6. Cook: Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  7. Garnish: Garnish with fresh coriander.
