Aloo Do pyaza
Ingredients
– 2-3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced
– 2 large onions, chopped
– 2 tablespoons oil
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
– Salt, to taste
– Fresh coriander , for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil: Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté cumin seeds: Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Sauté onions: Add chopped onions and sauté until they’re golden brown.
- Add potatoes: Add diced potatoes and stir well.
- Add spices: Add coriander powder, turmeric, and salt. Stir well.
- Cook: Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Garnish: Garnish with fresh coriander.
