Ingredients

  1. 200g paneer, crumbled
  2. 1/2 cup grated beans
  3. 1/2 cup grated beetroot
  4. 1/4 cup chopped onion
  5. 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  6. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  9. Salt, to taste
  10. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  11. 1 tablespoon chickpea flour (besan)

 

Instructions1. Mix all ingredients and shape into patties.

  1. Coat with chickpea flour and shallow fry until golden brown.
  2. Serve with chutney or yogurt.
