Veg Tikki:
Ingredients
- 200g paneer, crumbled
- 1/2 cup grated beans
- 1/2 cup grated beetroot
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chickpea flour (besan)
Instructions1. Mix all ingredients and shape into patties.
- Coat with chickpea flour and shallow fry until golden brown.
- Serve with chutney or yogurt.
