VEG SUJI UTTAPAM
FOR BATTER:
- 1 cup rawa , coarsely ground
- ½ cup curd
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ cup water
FOR TOPPING:
- 1 onion , finely chopped
- ½ capsicum , finely chopped
- 1 carrot , grated
- ▢1 tomato , finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander , finely chopped
- 1 inch ginger , finely chopped
- 1 chilli , finely chopped
- few curry leaves , chopped
- ¼ tsp salt
INSTRUCTION
- firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup rava, ½ cup curd and ¾ tsp salt.
- Now mix everything well.
- After that add ½ cup of water and mix well.
- Now keep it for 20 minutes or till the rava absorbs the water.
- Now check its consistency and if necessary, add water as required.
- Now prepare the vegetable topping by finely chopping 1 onion, ½ capsicum, 1 carrot and 1 tomato.
- also add 2 tbsp coriander, 1 inch ginger, 1 chilli, few curry leaves and ¼ tsp salt.
- Now mix everything well.
- Now make small uttapams from the rava batter.
- Now place the prepared topping on them with a tablespoon and press lightly.
- Now pour one tsp oil all around the uttapam.
- Cover and cook for a minute or till the uttapam is cooked well.
- Now turn it over and cook on both the sides.
- finally enjoy instant rava uttapam with tomato sauce or coconut chutney.
