*VEG SOUP RECIPE FOR WINTERS*

Ingredients

 

1/2 K chopped cabbage

1/2  chopped capsicum

1/2 chopped CARROT

1/4 TOMATO

1/2 K BEANS

1/2 onion (OPTIONAL)

2-3 LEAVES OF SPINACH

2 bayleaves (tejpatta)

2 tsp oil (OR BUTTER)

1/2 INCH OF CRUSHED GINGER

salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

 

Method

  1. Heat the oil and fry the onion (OPTIONAL) for 1 minute.
  2. Add the all veggies and bay leaves and 6 teacups of boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Serve hot.
