VEG Daliya RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 120 gms NORMAL DALIYA
  • 10-20 gms garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 10 gms pepper crush
  • 10 gms salt
  • 10 gms curry leaves
  • 10 gms cumin seeds
  • 5 gram mustard seeds
  • 1 BOWL ALLOWED VEGETABLES

How to Make Barley Daliya

1.

Soak DALIYA FOR 1 HR crush it to crumbly texture and keep aside.

In a pan heat olive oil, crackle mustard seeds, cumin, add roasted garlic cloves and scallion (OPTIONAL)

3.

Now add curry leaves and ALL ALLOWED VEGETABLES. Cook till well done.

4.

Adjust seasoning and serve with squeezed lemon juice.
