VEG WRAP
INGREDIENTS FOR VEGGIE WRAP
Roti – 2
Oil – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – ½ tsp
Spring Onion – 1 chopped finely
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Mixed Veggies – 1.5 cups sliced thinly
Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder – ½ tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 3 to 4 tblspn
Salt to taste
VEGGIE WRAP PREPARATION
- Heat oil in a pan, crackle in some cumin seeds.
- Add in spring onion and saute for a min. ginger garlic paste and cook for a min.
- Add in veggies and toss well. Cook this for 5 to 6 mins. Add in spice powders and ketchup. Mix well.
- Now the filling is done. Now take your roti, spoon some filling in and roll it, secure it with a foil.
- Place it in lunch box and pack with fruits of your choice
