veg poha:
Ingredients
- 1. 1 cup flattened rice (poha)
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (onions, tomatoes ( not at night))
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions1. Rinse the poha and soak it in water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté until they’re tender.
- Add turmeric powder, salt, and soaked poha. Mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice (if desired but not at night).
