veg dalia
Ingredients
- 1 cup broken wheat (dalia)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (onion , beans, capsicum )
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon ghee or oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions1. Rinse the dalia and soak it for 30 minutes.
- In a pressure cooker, heat ghee or oil and add cumin seeds.
- Add ginger paste and mixed vegetables, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add soaked dalia, water, and salt. Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
