Uttppam

Ingredients
1. 1 cup semolina
2. 1/2 cup chopped onions
3. 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes ( not in night )
4. 1/4 cup chopped coriander
6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
7. Oil or ghee for cooking

Instructions
1. Heat a non-stick pan or tava.
2. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan.
3. Spread the batter evenly to form a thick pancake.
4. Top with chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander .
5. Sprinkle salt and drizzle with oil or ghee.
6. Cook until the bottom is golden brown and the top is cooked.
7. Flip and cook the other side (optional).
8. Serve hot with sambar and chutney.
