Stuffed gobhi roti

Ingredients

1 tbsp wheat flour

2 tbsp oat meal flour

1 tbsp oat bran

1 cup grated cauliflower

½ tsp ginger chopped

2 tsp green coriander chopped

2 or 3 green chillies chopped

¼ tsp ajwian

¼ tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

 

Method

Make dough with all the flours and keep it aside (make soft dough). Grate cauliflower in a bowl. Add salt, garam masala and ajwian. Now add all the chopped vegetables and mix it keep aside. Now make 3 or 4 inches dia thin roti place two tsp filling on it and cover with another roti and press the sides well. Grill on a non stick pan with little oil until golden brown from both sides. Serve hot with green chutney or any veggies.
