Sprouts Bhaji:

 

Ingredients

– 1 cup sprouted moong beans (or any other sprouts of your choice)

– 1 small onion, finely chopped

– 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped

– 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

– Salt, to taste

– 2 tablespoons oil or ghee

– Fresh coriander , for garnish

 

Instructions

  1. Heat oil: Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté cumin seeds: Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  3. Add onion and chilies: Add chopped onion and green chilies. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste: Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add sprouts: Add the sprouted moong beans and stir well.
  6. Add turmeric and salt: Add turmeric and salt to taste. Stir well.
  7. Cook: Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the sprouts are tender.
  8. Garnish: Garnish with fresh coriander .
