Sprouts Bhaji:
Ingredients
– 1 cup sprouted moong beans (or any other sprouts of your choice)
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
– 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
– Salt, to taste
– 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
– Fresh coriander , for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil: Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté cumin seeds: Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add onion and chilies: Add chopped onion and green chilies. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste: Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add sprouts: Add the sprouted moong beans and stir well.
- Add turmeric and salt: Add turmeric and salt to taste. Stir well.
- Cook: Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the sprouts are tender.
- Garnish: Garnish with fresh coriander .
