SOYA KEEMA CURRY

 

Ingredients

  • 30-40 GMS boiled Soya granules
  • ½ finely chopped onions
  • ¼ cups finely chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ chopped capsicum
  • ½ tsp chopped green chilles
  • jeera
  • garlic ginger paste
  • turmeric powder
  • garam masala
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Coriander to garnish

 

 

RECIPE of Veg Soya Keema curry

  1. First take oil in a non-stick pan and add jeera, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and onions to it
  2. Cook till onions turn brown
  3. Now add capsicum, tomatoes and cook well for 5-10 minutes
  4. To this mixture add all dry masala and salt and stir well
  5. Lastly add boiled Soya granules with some water.
  6. Cook the mix for 5-7 minutes and garnish with coriander
  7. Serve hot
