SOYA KEEMA CURRY
Ingredients
- 30-40 GMS boiled Soya granules
- ½ finely chopped onions
- ¼ cups finely chopped tomatoes
- ¼ chopped capsicum
- ½ tsp chopped green chilles
- jeera
- garlic ginger paste
- turmeric powder
- garam masala
- Salt according to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- Coriander to garnish
RECIPE of Veg Soya Keema curry
- First take oil in a non-stick pan and add jeera, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and onions to it
- Cook till onions turn brown
- Now add capsicum, tomatoes and cook well for 5-10 minutes
- To this mixture add all dry masala and salt and stir well
- Lastly add boiled Soya granules with some water.
- Cook the mix for 5-7 minutes and garnish with coriander
- Serve hot
