soya kabab
Ingredients
- 1 cup soya chunks
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped beans
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice ( not in night )
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Boil the soya chunks until they’re tender, then drain and chop them finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped soya chunks, oats, onion, bell pepper, beans , coriander , garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Mix well and add the lemon juice ( not in night) .
- Shape the mixture into kababs.
5. Brush the kababs with olive oil and grill or bake them until they’re golden brown and crispy
