soya kabab

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup soya chunks
  2. 1/2 cup oats
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  4. 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  5. 1/4 cup finely chopped beans
  6. 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
  7. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  8. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tablespoon lemon juice ( not in night )
  12. 1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Instructions

  1. Boil the soya chunks until they’re tender, then drain and chop them finely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped soya chunks, oats, onion, bell pepper, beans , coriander , garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  3. Mix well and add the lemon juice ( not in night) .
  4. Shape the mixture into kababs.

5. Brush the kababs with olive oil and grill or bake them until they’re golden brown and crispy
