Tofu and Broccoli Salad :

 

Ingredients

  1. 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
  2. 2 cups broccoli florets
  3. 2 tablespoons mint chutney
  4. diced onion 1 nos
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  7. 1 nos chillies
  8. 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

 

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli florets until tender.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk ingredients.
  3. Add the cubed tofu and steamed broccoli to the bowl.
  4. Toss to coat with the dressing.
  5. Sprinkle chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds on top.
  6. Serve chilled.
