Tofu and Broccoli Salad :
Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons mint chutney
- diced onion 1 nos
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 nos chillies
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender.
- In a large bowl, whisk ingredients.
- Add the cubed tofu and steamed broccoli to the bowl.
- Toss to coat with the dressing.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds on top.
- Serve chilled.
