Sautéed idli :
Ingredients1. 2-3 leftover idlis, cubed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4th cup beans , chopped
- 1 small capsicum, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped coriander for garnish
Instructions1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, beans , and capsicum until tender.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add cubed idlis and stir-fry until they’re lightly browned.4. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
