Sautéed idli :

 

Ingredients1. 2-3 leftover idlis, cubed

  1. 1 tablespoon oil
  2. 1 small onion, chopped
  3. 1/4th cup beans , chopped
  4. 1 small capsicum, chopped
  5. 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Chopped coriander for garnish

 

Instructions1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, beans ,  and capsicum until tender.

  1. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  2. Add cubed idlis and stir-fry until they’re lightly browned.4. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
