Roti Pizza:

 

Ingredients

– 1 whole wheat roti (or whole wheat tortilla)

– 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes ( not in night )

– 1/4 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese (or vegan mozzarella alternative)

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon oregano

– Salt and pepper to taste

 

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the roti: Place the whole wheat roti on a baking sheet.
  3. Add the toppings: Spread the mixed vegetables, low-fat mozzarella cheese, and olive oil over the roti.
  4. Season with herbs: Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
  5. Bake the pizza: Bake the roti pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
