Salty Sattu Drink:

 

Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons sattu (roasted gram flour)

– 1 glass water

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

– 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder (optional)

– Ice cubes (optional)

– Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients: Mix the sattu, water, salt, black pepper powder, and cumin powder (if using) in a glass.
  2. Stir well: Stir the mixture well until the sattu is fully dissolved.
  3. Chill and serve: Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice cubes, if desired.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves (optional): Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
