Apple Crush in Coconut Water:
Ingredients
– 1 apple, crushed or juiced
– 1 cup coconut water
– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
– Ice cubes (optional)
– Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the apple: Crush the apple in a juicer or blender to extract the juice.
- Mix with coconut water: Mix the apple juice with coconut water in a glass.
