Apple Crush in Coconut Water:

 

Ingredients

– 1 apple, crushed or juiced

– 1 cup coconut water

– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

– Ice cubes (optional)

– Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Crush the apple: Crush the apple in a juicer or blender to extract the juice.
  2. Mix with coconut water: Mix the apple juice with coconut water in a glass.
  3. Add honey (optional): Add honey to taste, if desired.
  4. Chill and serve: Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice cubes, if desired.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves (optional): Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
