Apple Shake Recipe

 

Ingredients:

 

– 1 large apple,

– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt for day time and for night use milk

– 1 tablespoon honey or stevia (optional)

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

 

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Add the chopped apple, Greek yogurt or milk, and honey or stevia (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the cinnamon powder and blend for another second or two.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness or consistency as needed.
  5. Pour the apple shake into a glass and serve immediately.
