Apple Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 large apple,
– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt for day time and for night use milk
– 1 tablespoon honey or stevia (optional)
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Instructions:
- Add the chopped apple, Greek yogurt or milk, and honey or stevia (if using) to a blender.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cinnamon powder and blend for another second or two.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness or consistency as needed.
- Pour the apple shake into a glass and serve immediately.
