Instructions
- Combine the ingredients: Combine the bananas, oats, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend until smooth: Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes (optional): Add ice cubes to the blender if you want a thicker, colder shake.
- Blend again: Blend the mixture again until the ice is crushed and the shake is the desired consistency.
