Banana Oats Shake Recipe:

 

Ingredients

– 2 ripe bananas

– 1/4 cup rolled oats

– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)

– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

– Ice cubes (optional)

– Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients: Combine the bananas, oats, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth: Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes (optional): Add ice cubes to the blender if you want a thicker, colder shake.
  4. Blend again: Blend the mixture again until the ice is crushed and the shake is the desired consistency.
  5. Pour and serve: Pour the shake into a glass and serve immediately.
