Ragi atta cheela

 

Ingredients

  • Ragi flour – ⅓ cup
  • Besan – ⅓ cup
  • Onion – 1 fine chopped
  • Ginger garlic chilli paste – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder – ½ tsp
  • Sesame seeds – 2 tsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Curd – ¼ cup
  • Water – ⅓ cup
  • Oil for roasting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add ragi and besan flour.
  2. Add all vegetables of your choice.
  3. Add ginger garlic chili paste.
  4. Add all dry spices and salt.
  5. Add sesame seeds.
  6. Add curd. Add water mix well.
  7. Keep it aside for 30 min. ( optional )
  8. Spread little oil evenly on hot non-stick tawa.
  9. Spread some oil.
  10. Cover and cook. Flip when cooked.
  11. Again cover and cook till done.
  12. Serve hot Ragi Chilla with green chutney
