Milk vermicelli recipe:

 

Ingredients:- 1/2 cup whole wheat vermicelli

– 1 cup low-fat milk

– 1/4th  tsp ghee

– 1/2 tsp seeds

– 1/4th  tsp cinnamon powder

– Stevia  (optional)

 

Instructions:1. Roast vermicelli in ghee till light brown.

  1. Add milk, and cinnamon. Cook till vermicelli is soft.
  2. Add seeds and sweetener (if using). Mix well.
  3. Serve warm or chilled.
