Milk vermicelli recipe:
Ingredients:- 1/2 cup whole wheat vermicelli
– 1 cup low-fat milk
– 1/4th tsp ghee
– 1/2 tsp seeds
– 1/4th tsp cinnamon powder
– Stevia (optional)
Instructions:1. Roast vermicelli in ghee till light brown.
- Add milk, and cinnamon. Cook till vermicelli is soft.
- Add seeds and sweetener (if using). Mix well.
- Serve warm or chilled.
