Milk Daliya (Broken Wheat Porridge with Milk)
Ingredients:
– 1 cup broken wheat (daliya)
– 2 cups low-fat milk
– 1 cup water
– 1 tsp sugar (or to taste)
– 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
– 1 tbsp ghee
– Nuts for garnish (optional)
1. Roast daliya in ghee till fragrant.
2. Add water and milk, cook till soft.
3. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
4. Garnish with nuts.
