Makhana Chaat
Ingredients:
– 1 cup roasted makhana (fox nuts)
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1 small tomato, finely chopped(not in night)
– 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
– 1/2 cucumber, diced (optional for crunch)
– 1 tsp lemon juice (not in night)
– 1/2 tsp chaat masala (not in night)
– Pinch of black salt & black pepper
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
- Roast makhana in a dry pan or with a tiny bit of ghee until crisp.
- In a bowl, mix onion, tomato (not in night), chili, cucumber.
- Add roasted makhana.
- Sprinkle chaat masala (not in night), black salt, pepper.
- Drizzle lemon juice(not in night), toss well.
- Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
