laddu :

Ingredients:-5-6*dates* (seeded, soft)

– ½ cup almonds

– ½ cup walnuts

– ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

– ¼ cup sunflower seeds

– 1 tsp ghee

– ½ tsp cardamom powder

 

Method:1. Dry-roast almonds, walnuts, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds. Cool and grind coarsely.

  1. Blend dates into a sticky paste.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, add date paste, cardamom, and nut mix.
  3. Stir till combined, then turn off heat.
  4. Roll into small laddus. Coat with coconut if you like.
