Makhana Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  1. 1 cup makhana (fox nuts)
  2. 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  3. 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
  4. Cardamom powder or other spices (optional)

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Roast the makhana in a pan until lightly browned.
  2. Grind the roasted makhana into a fine powder.
  3. Mix the makhana powder with milk and add honey or sugar if desired.
  4. Add cardamom powder or other spices for flavor.
