Lentil sauce pasta!:

 

Ingredients

– 1 cup cooked lentils

– 1 onion, chopped

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 carrot, chopped

– 1 can diced tomatoes ( not in night)

– 1 cup vegetable broth

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon dried basil

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Pasta of your choice

 

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and garlic: Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
  2. Add carrot and lentils: Add chopped veggies and cooked lentils.
  3. Add tomatoes and broth: Add diced tomatoes ( not in night) and vegetable broth.
  4. Simmer: Simmer the sauce until the flavors meld together.
  5. Season: Season with coriander salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve: Serve the lentil sauce over cooked pasta.
