Lauki juice recipe:

 

Ingredients

  1. 1 medium-sized lauki (bottle gourd)
  2. 1/2 inch ginger piece (optional)
  3. 1/2 lemon, juiced (optional)
  4. Salt, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the lauki into small pieces.
  2. Add the lauki pieces to a juicer or blender and water .
  3. Add ginger piece, if using, for extra flavor and benefits.
  4. Blend or juice the mixture until smooth.
  5. Strain the juice, if desired, to remove any pulp.
  6. Add lemon juice and salt, if using, to taste.
