lauki soup
Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized lauki (bottle gourd), peeled and chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon ghee or oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions1. Boil the chopped lauki in water until tender.
- Blend the cooked lauki into a smooth puree.
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add ginger paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add the lauki puree, salt, and water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
