Ingredients For the coleslaw:

 

  1. 2 cups shredded cabbage
  2. 2 tbsp yogurt-based dressing
  3. Salt and pepper to taste

 

For the sandwich:

 

  1. 2 slices whole grain bread
  2. Tomato slices
  3. Coleslaw

 

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coleslaw by mixing shredded cabbage, capsicum , yogurt-based dressing, , salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Assemble the sandwich by spreading coleslaw on one slice of bread, topping and tomato, and finishing with the second slice of bread.
