Besan Sheera Recipe :

 

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 2 tsp ghee or oil
  4. 1 tsp brown sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon seeds

 

 

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee or oil in a pan and roast the besan until golden brown.
  2. Gradually add water to the roasted besan and mix well.
  3. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add sugar, cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder (if using). Mix well.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped seeds .
  7. Serve warm.
