Besan Sheera Recipe :
Ingredients
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp ghee or oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seeds
Instructions
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan and roast the besan until golden brown.
- Gradually add water to the roasted besan and mix well.
- Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder (if using). Mix well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped seeds .
- Serve warm.
